Megan thrives on working in fast pace environments and seeks to continuously develop relationships with clients. She is dedicated to excellence by carefully overseeing the recruitment and selection of qualified candidates who meet client requirements and company values. She focuses on building client and candidate relationships based on mutual confidence and teamwork. Megan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS) by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).

Jan manages all activities of Human Resources, Payroll processing as well as Payroll Services Account Management.

Jan Lane, Director of Operations

She is dedicated to strong successful relationships with our clients and employees. She is an expert in the areas of contract administration, onboarding, pre-employment screening, background checks, drug testing, per diem administration, employee relations, benefits and offboarding. Jan will provide oversight to ensure PSP builds customized processes in partnership with client policies, procedures and documentation. She ensures compliance with all legal and client requirements. Jan has a Bachelor of Science in Management.
